Enjoy a comfortable stay in our welcoming second apartment, featuring two queen-size beds, a full bathroom, a living room to relax in, and a kitchen for preparing meals during your stay.
For your convenience, a coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement. Please bring coins if you plan to use them.
The apartment is pet friendly with advance notice and includes two designated parking spaces marked with your apartment number.
Please note that other residents live in the building, so you may hear normal everyday sounds from neighboring apartments. We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and shared spaces.
You will have access to the whole apartment.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Please let us know how many pets you’re bringing and their approximate weight before confirming your reservation.
Pet Fees
• Small pet under 20 lbs: $125 per pet, per stay.
• Pet weighing 20 lbs or more: $150 per pet, per stay.
• Undisclosed pets: A $300 fee may apply, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable requirements.
Pet Guidelines
• Pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately. Uncollected waste may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
• Keep pets leashed in shared outdoor areas.
• Pets must be securely crated if left alone in the apartment.
• Keep the yard clear of pet waste, toys, and belongings, especially on landscaping days.
• Please prevent excessive barking and respect neighboring guests. You are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning needed.
Assistance Animals
Service animals are welcome. Pet fees and disclosure requirements do not apply where prohibited by Airbnb’s policies or applicable law. Emotional support animals will be accommodated in accordance with those policies and requirements.

Roku TVs are available for streaming. Cable service and live TV channels are not included. Please use your own streaming accounts and sign out before checking out.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM so our cleaners can prepare for the next guests. Late check-out requires advance approval. Staying beyond 10:15 AM without approval may result in a $60 late check-out fee.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the other residents in the building.
* Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Any evidence or odor of indoor smoking will result in a $200 fee.
* Please do not leave personal belongings, shoes, garbage, or other items in the hallways or shared areas.
* Parking is available behind the building. Please park only in the designated area and do not block other vehicles, garages, or entrances.
* Overnight street parking may be restricted by the City of Rockford. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking regulations.
* Commercial vehicles, trailers, and moving trucks may not be permitted overnight in residential areas.
* Please keep the main building entrance closed and locked at all times. Do not share the building or apartment access codes with anyone.
* Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or smart locks.
* Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper.
* Pets are not allowed without prior written approval.
* Please place all garbage in the designated containers and follow the provided trash and recycling instructions.
* Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, unauthorized guests, smoking, or any other violations of the house rules.
* Serious or repeated violations may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
