Welcome to "The Edge" the ultimate lakefront resort on Lake Conroe with a sparkling private pool/jacuzzi, epic gameroom, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (7 bedrooms/5.5 baths) plus packed with tons of fun amenities! Located in the popular Walden community, this home is family-friendly with plush bedding, cozy furnishings, and has a stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Upon first arrival, the grand entryway leads directly to the living room with lake views, dining room (with 2 tables set up for 12 guests each (total of 24 seats), 3 barstool seating, and comfortable, modern furnishings. The fully updated kitchen contains all the basic cooking items you need: pots, pans, toaster, stainless steel appliances, plates/silverware, mixing bowls, and more. The coffee connoisseurs will love the special coffee bar with a variety of syrups, or use the drip coffee machine at your leisure.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom with King-sized bed on the main floor with private bath ensuite (separate shower, tub, and dual sinks)
Bedroom 2: 2nd Bedroom on 1st floor with Queen-sized bed with private bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Bedroom 3: Upstairs Queen sized bed with full hall shower bathroom (shared)
Bedroom 4: Upstairs Queen-sized bed with full hall shower bathroom (shared)
Bedroom 5: Secondary upstairs primary master bedroom with full connected bathroom (separate shower, tub, and dual sinks).
Bedroom 6: TWO Queen over Queen bunk beds (8 person sleeping capacity) with full shower/tub bathroom down the hall.
Bedroom 7: TWO Queen over Queen bunk beds with two twin bed trundles (if desired). This bedroom also has the large sectional couch, TV and arcade gaming area.

This luxurious 5,400 sq foot home is the perfect place for your family get-together, mini-reunion, retreat, or casual gathering.
*We do not allow homecoming party events, rambunctious parties, private weddings, and renter must be over 25 years old to book.
* Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and there is absolutely no music allowed during those hours. This is a community neighborhood rule.
PETS: All pets must be added to the reservation. A $200 fee per pet will apply once they are added to the booking.
