Ferry Street Bridge/North Gilham: Newly remodeled. Be our first guests! Covid clean. Perfect location for all Eugene has to offer. Walking distance to Starbucks, Upscale Grocery Store, Walmart, Brewpub, Gym, Restaurants and so much more! Quick Jump on to I5 and minutes from Downtown/UO as well! Perfectly Centrally located 2bed.
The Space:
The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a half bath with granite countertops. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a desk. For long term stays this room can be adapted for girls or boys, or a twin bed can be removed for more office space. The main bath has marble counters and a full shower and tub. Smoking in a designated area at a distance from the house. Strictly enforced. The living room has a comfy sectional. Perfect to sit back and enjoy a movie or ballgame on the 55 inch smart TV with Xfinity Cable and internet.
The Neighborhood:
This duplex sits on a very nice cul-de-sac in the desirable
North Gilham, Ferry Street Bridge area making it an ideal location. It is walking distance to a local upscale Grocery Store, Starbucks, Walmart, Fed Ex, Jamba Juice, Restaurants ,Brewpub and a Gym and much more. A local favorite Cafe Yumm! It is also on the bus line and a gas station is less than a mile away. Perfect location for work, vacation or Duck Fans!
