Welcome to Casa Rafael! Positioned on a quiet, family-friendly street in Seven Hills, Casa Rafael is a practical, older 3-bedroom residence that has been updated with modern renovations. Offering a light-filled, functional layout with spacious living areas, this low-maintenance home is well-suited for growing families or first-home buyers seeking comfort and easy access to key local amenities by car.

Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 6 Guests)
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with soft linens, wooden nightstands, bedside lamp, accent chair, and ceiling fan. Dedicated work space is also available.
Second Bedroom: Comfortable Double bed.
Third Bedroom: Two cozy Single beds. Perfect for Kids and little ones.
For Families with Little Ones: Complimentary portable travel cot stored under the Queen or Double bed (please bring your own cot linen).
Extra Comfort: 10 plush pillows provided plus extra warm blankets in the closet.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Enjoy a fully functional kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
Gas Stovetop & Oven: 4-burner gas cooktop and oven for easy cooking. Older style oven & rangehood.
Coffee & Tea Station: Pod coffee maker, paper towels, utensils, and complimentary English tea.
Shared Driveway Access: Parking is available on the driveway directly up to the front entrance. Please note that the driveway is a shared entrance for tenants in the back property, so kindly keep the passage clear beyond the front entrance and refrain from parking on the grass.

Outdoor Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the home or near property entrances. If smoking outdoors, please bag and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly in the outdoor red bin.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Summer/Peak Season: Due to back-to-back bookings, early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated. However, guest luggage can be left safely at the back door at your own responsibility.
Low Season: Early check-ins and late check-outs may be arranged upon request depending on cleaner schedules.
