Welcome to The Hawk House, a private 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house nestled beneath towering oak and sycamore trees in Valley Center.
Designed for both comfort and connection, the guest house features a fully equipped kitchen with an island that opens to the dining area, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. Large windows frame views of the surrounding trees, creating a peaceful backdrop whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a day of exploring San Diego.
The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while additional sleeping arrangements can accommodate a child or a third guest. Please see the sleeping configuration details for your specific booking setup.

One of our favorite features is something many places can no longer offer: darkness. Cell service is limited or unavailable on much of the property, which many guests find refreshing. Reliable Wi-Fi is provided, but the setting naturally encourages slowing down, looking up, and enjoying the stars overhead.
Commercial photography and filming projects are welcome with advance approval. If your project requires outdoor access, additional vehicles, equipment, crew members, or use of areas beyond the guest house, please contact the host before booking so accommodations can be discussed.
