Luxe Sunset Club Ranch is a private five-acre Indio resort compound made for memorable group escapes. Spread out across three homes with 9 bedrooms, 19 beds and 6 baths, then come together poolside at the private pool and spa, sauna for 6, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and 158-inch movie screen. Spend the day on pickleball, white-sand volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, bocce, shuffleboard and putting—or unwind in two living areas with outdoor fire around the pool, arcade games and Smart TVs.

The space
One private compound, three separate homes: a Main House, Bunk House and Barn House across five gated acres and approximately 4,500 square feet of indoor living space. 9 bedrooms, 19 beds and six baths let everyone spread out, while the shared pool patio, outdoor sauna for 6, outdoor kitchen, two living areas and recreation zone keep the group together. The primary suite opens to the pool patio, and two bunk rooms work well for kids or friends.

Guest access
Your group has private use of the entire five-acre Sunset Club Ranch Estate, including the Main House, Bunk House, Barn House, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, recreation areas, and guest grounds. The main barn structure and a small number of bungalows are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Pool and spa heating are optional and must be arranged before arrival: spa-only heating is $100/day; pool-and-spa heating is $250/day.

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on Friday and Saturday. To protect the neighborhood and comply with City of Indio requirements, please keep all outdoor activity and amplified sound indoors after 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for charges arising from their party’s breach of house rules, to the extent permitted by Vrbo and applicable law.

A rental agreement and guest-information verification are required after booking. Ask about optional private-chef, catering, grocery-delivery, shuttle, and mobile-massage services. City of Indio STR Registration No. 051899.

The north field beyond the barn is not irrigated; guests still enjoy more than three acres of landscaped lawn.

Liability Release: Guests, for themselves and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, release the Owners of this property and their respective employees, sureties, insurers, attorneys, successors, and assigns from claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from or connected with the property identified in the rental agreement, to the extent permitted by law. Neither the Owners nor the property are liable for damages to a guest or guest property caused by events beyond Owners’ control, including acts of God, military action, strikes, revolution, pest invasion, inclement weather, vandalism, or personal injury. If defects or hazardous conditions are discovered, guests must notify the Owner at once. The property has a pool; guests must not permit running, dangerous play, or diving around the pool or pool deck and must exercise due care.
