Set in the stunning natural surroundings of Costa Paradiso, within the K1 residential complex, this apartment offers a welcoming and well-organized space for those looking to experience Sardinia surrounded by the sea, relaxation, and breathtaking views.
The living area, featuring light tones and dark flooring, is designed for enjoying relaxing moments after a day by the sea. The lounge includes a comfortable corner sofa and wall-mounted TV, flowing directly into the dining area.
The modern and functional open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the space and is fully equipped for preparing meals with ease. Large sliding glass doors connect the living area to the outdoor terrace, offering uninterrupted, open views over the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf.
The sleeping areas are arranged over different levels. On the main floor, there is a bright double bedroom with a spacious built-in wardrobe featuring wooden slatted doors, as well as a second sleeping area furnished with single beds. An internal staircase leads to the mezzanine/upper level, where two additional single beds are located beneath the sloping ceiling. The bathroom is fully equipped with all essential fixtures, including a toilet, bidet, washbasin with mirror, and shower enclosure.
Outside, guests can enjoy the surrounding green areas and have access to the residence's SHARED/CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL, a large panoramic pool perched above the rocks and sea. The pool area also features a sun terrace with loungers and a diving board.
