The Space:
The Blue Door is made for easy family holidays, with Broulee Beach directly across the road and plenty of room for everyone to settle in.
Cross Coronation Drive, follow the path through the reserve, and you’re on the sand for a swim, surf or beach walk. Back at the house, enjoy multiple living areas, a covered deck, a wood fire, and a private outdoor sauna.
The home spans two levels, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out while still having generous areas to come together.

The Neighborhood:
Broulee is made for easy beach days, and from The Blue Door you can enjoy much of the local lifestyle on foot. Broulee Beach is directly across the road, with a path through the reserve leading down to the sand for morning swims, surfing and long walks along the beach.
When it’s time for coffee or something to eat, wander approximately 5–8 minutes along Coronation Drive to Single Fin Canteen & Goods for coffee, Coronation Pizza for an easy takeaway, or Broulee Brewhouse for a relaxed meal and drink.
With the beach at your doorstep and some of Broulee’s favourite local spots just down the street, it’s easy to park the car and settle into the slower pace of a Broulee stay.
Getting Around:
Blue Door by the Beach is in a great position for enjoying Broulee without needing to drive everywhere.
Broulee Beach is directly across the road. Simply cross Coronation Drive and follow the path through the reserve to the sand for swimming, surfing, beach walks or relaxed afternoons by the water.
Walk along Coronation Drive and you’ll also find local cafés, pizza and Broulee Brewhouse, making it easy to head out for coffee, a casual meal or an evening drink close to home.
A car is useful if you want to explore Mossy Point, Tomakin, Moruya, Batemans Bay and the wider region, but once you arrive at Blue Door by the Beach, much of what you need for an easy Broulee stay is close by.

No parties or events.
No schoolies bookings.
The private sauna must only be used in accordance with the operating and safety instructions provided at the property. Children must be supervised around the sauna at all times.
The wood fire is available for guest use. Please follow the instructions provided and use it responsibly.
