About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 80 m² house for rent in Saint-Marcel, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 80 m² living area with a sitting area (TV, sofa) and a dining area
- A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x00)
– Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x00)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden of 300 m²
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, and an iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Marcel, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Visit the town of Malestroit, less than 3 km away by car
- The Museum of the Resistance in Brittany, 2 km away

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 3 spaces available).

- Nearest railway station: Questembert, 20 minutes’ drive away.
