Nogaro 10 mins, Marciac 20 mins, Vic Fezensac 20 mins, mountains & coast 90mins. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large living area, well equipped kitchen, Fibre Optic Wi-Fi, outdoor table and sofas, self check-in, on-site parking, all linens provided including pool towels.

The swimming pool (10m x 4m) awaits with sun loungers, pool towels and umbrellas.

You have total private use of the villa, we are on hand if you need help, supported by our excellent team who live close to the property.

Guest access
Full private access to the house, pool and garden, no sharing.

Plenty of on-site parking, including a dedicated space for a motor home. Gated property.

Other things to note
All linens are provided: white hand & bath towels, pool towels, white bedding, guest toiletries. For guests staying more than a week, a cleaning and linen change service is provided at no extra charge.

There is an external security system which protects the perimeter our property. The system will be turned off on your arrival to protect your privacy and will remain off throughout your stay.

Babies are welcome and a cot and chair are available. Because of the high terrace walls the property is unfortunately unsuitable for young children.

Accessibility - Physical Property Access:

​Layout Notice: Please note that our property features a single step into the property, a single step down to access the lounge, the kitchen, and a bathroom. The showers have a step into them. Because of this layout, these core areas are not fully step-free or ideal for unassisted wheelchair users.

Parking & Arrival: We have parking spaces located at the entrance. The path from the parking area to the front door is gravel.

​Interior Doors: Doorways inside the gîte measure at least 70cm wide.

Bathrooms: The bathroom with the step down includes a bath/shower. The other bathrooms have showers with a step.
