Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Late arrivals may incur additional fees.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents in the area.
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, and ashtrays must be used. A cleaning fee of 10,000 THB will be charged in the event of a violation.
Pets are not allowed in the villa.
Events or gatherings must be approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or noise disturbances outside the designated quiet hours may result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
Electricity (7 THB/kWh) and water (50 THB/m³) will be charged based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. One additional infant (under the age of 3) is permitted, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.
