Surrounded by the mountains and just minutes from Palisades Lake, the river, trails, and the town of Alpine, this spacious two-story estate gives you everything you need for an unforgettable Wyoming getaway—whether you’re here for adventure, a family gathering, a relaxing retreat, or simply time together.
THE HOME
With room for up to 10 guests, the home offers a beautiful blend of modern design, comfort, and mountain character. The large, high-end kitchen features a generous island and plenty of space to prepare meals together, while the open living and dining areas create the perfect setting for gathering after a day outdoors.
The home offers four bathrooms, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.
INDOOR RECREATION
This is where the home really sets itself apart.
A massive indoor recreation space gives your group an entire area to play, compete, and hang out—rain, snow, or shine.
Enjoy a full-size pickleball court, basketball hoop, ping pong, cornhole, a giant oversized chess set, and plenty of space for kids and adults alike. There’s even a bouncy house for the younger guests.
Above the recreation area, a dedicated lounge overlooks the court and features two TVs, creating the perfect place to relax while still being part of the action.
PRIVATE WELLNESS
After a day exploring Wyoming, come home and unwind in your own private wellness area.
Relax in the hot tub, refresh in the cold plunge, or spend some time in the sauna. The entire setup is located beneath a covered outdoor porch, with overhead heating to keep the space comfortable while you enjoy it year-round.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside and take in the surrounding mountains from the expansive outdoor spaces.
The huge backyard provides plenty of room to spread out, while the outdoor fire pit creates the perfect setting for evenings under the Wyoming sky. Fire up the grill, gather around the fire, and enjoy the mountain air after a full day of adventure.
ADVENTURE RIGHT OUTSIDE
The location puts you close to some of the best that the Star Valley and Palisades area has to offer.
Palisades Lake and the river are only a couple of miles away, while Alpine is just about five miles down the road for restaurants, groceries, and local amenities.
Spend your days exploring nearby trails, riding horses, taking a RZR or UTV into the mountains, fishing, enjoying the lake, or experiencing Wyoming’s incredible snowmobile terrain in the winter. Rentals are available on site.
Then come back to a home designed to make the evening just as memorable as the day.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
NO SHOES INSIDE
SAFETY NOTICE
Please also note that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $5,000 cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.
FIRE PIT AND GRILL OPERATION
The built-in grill and fire features must be turned completely off and covered after each use. Do not leave active flames unattended
GARAGE POLICY: SNOWMOBILE ROLER REQUIREMENT
Effective immediately, all snowmobiles brought into the garage for maintenance, repairs, or storage must be placed on protective roller dollies (snowmobile dollies) before being moved. Moving any snowmobile across the garage floor without rollers is strictly prohibited.
If this rule is violated and the concrete floor is torn up, scratched, or damaged by snowmobile wear or carbide skags, a $500 fine will be issued immediately to the responsible party. You will also be held liable for the full cost of repairing the damaged concrete.
Please ensure dollies are under the skis and track at all times before shifting or driving machines inside the facility.
