Two elegantly appointed bathrooms provide everyday comfort, including an ensuite with a captivating coastal outlook and a family bathroom with a bathtub.
A dedicated laundry with a washer and dryer adds everyday practicality. Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating. Convenient on-site driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.
Please note: The spa can be used unheated at any time. Heating is available on request, free of charge, between 5 pm and 8 pm. Please request heating at the time of booking and at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to approximately 27°C from October to April and remains unheated from May to September.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
A baby convenience package (porta cot and high chair) is available for $50 per stay, booked in advance. The porta cot meets Australian safety standards, but we don't supply linen or a mattress for it. We're unable to set up equipment ourselves due to insurance requirements, but both items are easy to assemble; please leave them assembled on departure.
A rollaway bed or sofa bed setup (for children only) is also available for $100 per stay each, booked in advance.
Please leave the BBQ and oven in reasonably clean condition. A $100 fee per item applies if extra cleaning is required.
