About this house rental
Start outside, because the lake is the star here. Sunset Social has three levels of lakefront decks, each giving you a different way to enjoy the water. The main deck opens directly from the kitchen and living area with plenty of room for outdoor dining and relaxing. Upstairs, the upper deck is all about the view, with seating overlooking the lake. The lower deck has additional seating and a gas fire table for evenings by the water.
Follow the path down to your private dock with a covered 10' x 20' boat slip, two PWC slips and an open swim platform with a ladder into the lake. The water is approximately 8–10 feet deep at the end of the dock.
On the main level, the kitchen, dining and living areas flow together in one large open space designed for groups. The kitchen includes a six-burner gas range, dishwasher, ice maker and full coffee setup. There is also a half bath on this level.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with access to the upper lakefront deck. The primary bedroom has a King bed and private ensuite bath. A second bedroom has a King bed, while the third has two Queen beds. Those two bedrooms share a full hallway bath. All three bedrooms have blackout shades, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level.
The lower level is made for hanging out, with ping-pong, foosball, a beverage refrigerator and doors leading directly to the lower deck and fire table. The game room also includes a triple bunk with a Queen on the bottom, Full in the middle and Twin on top. This is an open sleeping area within the game room rather than a private bedroom, making it especially well suited for kids and teens.
A fourth King bedroom is also located on the lower level, with a full bathroom nearby. TVs are located throughout the home, along with Spectrum Wi-Fi.
Guests have private access to the entire three-level home, all three lakefront decks, the private dock, 10' x 20' boat slip and both PWC slips. The garage is not included and will remain locked.
Sunset Social is a hillside lakefront home with multiple stairs. There is no step-free entrance, and there is not a bedroom or full bathroom on the main entry level.
Access to the dock requires approximately 30 steps followed by a short stone path, so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Free parking is available for up to four vehicles. Two vehicles can park in the driveway, which is quite steep, so please use your parking brake. Two additional vehicles can park in the gravel parking area at the front left side of the property.
There is no room to park or turn around a boat trailer at the property. If you're bringing a boat, please plan to leave the trailer at a nearby marina after launching.

For security, the property has three exterior cameras located at the front porch, dock and back deck. There are no interior cameras.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Sunset Social is in a residential lakefront neighborhood, so we ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No pets.
No parties, events or unregistered guests.
Lake & dock: Swimming and use of the dock are at your own risk, and there is no lifeguard. Please bring properly fitted life jackets, especially for children, and children should always be supervised by an adult around the lake and dock.
The covered boat slip and PWC slips are available for guest use. Please bring your own bumpers and lines.
Seasonal lake levels: The lake is lowered during the winter months, which can affect water depth at the dock and boat-slip access. Bringing a boat outside of the main boating season? Message us before your stay and we'll be happy to help you confirm current conditions.
