We want you to relax, feel at home and enjoy every moment of your stay at SERAPHIM. We simply ask that you treat the penthouse, its furnishings and the wider Los Olivos community with the same care and respect you would your own home.
Registered guests only – Only guests included within the reservation may stay overnight at the property.
No parties or events – SERAPHIM is a peaceful holiday home and parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted.
Respect our neighbours – Please keep noise to a considerate level, particularly during the evening and early morning.
No smoking or vaping indoors – Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the penthouse.
No pets – Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed in writing before arrival.
Community & pool rules – Please follow all Los Olivos community and swimming-pool rules during your stay. Children must be appropriately supervised around the pool.
Air conditioning – Please use the climate-control system responsibly and switch it off when doors or windows are left open or when leaving the property for an extended period.
BBQ & outdoor areas – Please use the BBQ responsibly and never leave it unattended while in use. Please leave the outdoor dining and terrace areas tidy after use.
Furniture & furnishings – Please take care of the furniture, artwork, bedding, towels and other items provided for your enjoyment. Indoor furniture should not be moved outside.
Beach towels – Please use the designated beach towels for the pool and beach rather than the bathroom towels.
Security – Please ensure doors and windows are securely closed and locked whenever you leave the penthouse.
Damages or problems – Accidents happen. If anything is damaged, broken or not working correctly, please contact Key Care Property Management as soon as possible so we can help.
Departure – There is no need to fully clean the property. We simply ask that dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher, rubbish and leftover food are removed, used towels are left together, and beds that have been slept in are left unmade for our housekeeping team.
Check-out – Please follow the check-out instructions in your digital guidebook and ensure all keys/access devices are returned as instructed.
