What truly makes this place special is the impressive natural rock formation that proudly rises next to the villa. A powerful symbol of nature, beautifully illuminated in the evening and enchanting in the golden evening light.

After a refreshing session in the wood-fired sauna, immerse yourself in the private swimming pool, with nothing but the sun, the sky and the breathtaking views for company. Whether you choose an early morning swim or a refreshing moment under the stars – this is enjoyment in its purest form.

The villa is situated in the heart of nature, surrounded by olive groves and bordering the Sierra Tejada National Park. And yet, it is only a short distance from the sea and within easy reach of the cultural gems of the surrounding area. A holiday where you can experience the best of three worlds: the serene tranquillity of nature – sun-drenched days by the sea – and a wealth of culture. Everything is effortlessly within reach.

There is also a wide range of outdoor activities available in the nearby area, such as hiking, horse riding, E-bike / mountain biking / road cycling.

The villa explained in more detail:

The swimming pool is heated by means of 10 Roth solar heating panels. This means you can enjoy the pool to the fullest, even during the colder months.

Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the villa.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a refrigerator and a freezer. There are also cleaning supplies, an iron with ironing board and a clothes-drying umbrella available.

Wood-fired panoramic sauna: experience ultimate tranquillity in our traditional wood-fired sauna with breathtaking views. Enjoy the natural warmth, the scent of the wood fire and the silence of the surrounding nature. Would you like to use the sauna? Please let us know at least 3 hours in advance, and we will make sure everything is ready for you. For safety reasons, bringing your own wood or lighting the sauna yourself is not permitted. The first use of the sauna is provided by the accommodation.

House rules:

Please respect the check-in and check-out times, allowing the people responsible for the final cleaning sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next guests.

Please respect the designated private areas.

Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Outdoors, please extinguish cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays (FIRE HAZARD).

Please do not throw toilet paper or other wipes into the toilet. Please dispose of them in the provided waste bins instead, in order to prevent blockages.

Please dispose of waste in the bins and kindly take it to the municipal waste containers yourself.

Do not throw food scraps into nature, as this attracts wild animals (wild boars).

Please be careful with sugar and sweets, as these attract ants. This also applies inside the cupboards.

Please clean the BBQ grill and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Please also empty the ash collection tray.

When using the wood-burning stove, please only use the wood provided for this purpose.

Please only dispose of the ashes from the BBQ and wood-burning stove in the designated area.

Do not make open fires, due to the general risk of fire. This is very heavily penalised by the Guardia Civil.

Please shower before swimming.

Please do not use the hammocks while wearing wet swimwear.

Entrance gate: always secure the gate with the designated bolt (set in concrete), otherwise the gate may be damaged.

Please remove the shade sail in strong winds, due to the risk of damage to the fabric.

Let yourself be surrounded by peace, nature and serenity – and help us preserve it. By using water, gas and electricity (AIR CONDITIONING) responsibly, you help us keep this place sustainable and enjoyable. Excessive water and energy consumption will be charged accordingly.

The Wi-Fi code will be provided on site.

The sauna can only be used upon request. Please let us know at least 3 hours in advance and we will make the necessary preparations.

To keep the garden and swimming pool in optimal condition, we may need to enter the property for regular maintenance. This will always be done discreetly and with respect for your privacy, and whenever possible at times agreed in advance.

SAFETY AND ACCESS:

Do NOT enter the pump house. There is a risk from chemicals!

The gardens surrounding the villa and the olive grove are NOT accessible due to changes in elevation and the natural rock formations. There is a risk of slipping, falling and other accidents. Entering these areas is strictly at your own risk. The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage.
