This unique property combines the Freida Cabin and Felix Cabin with additional private sleeping and gathering space, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, wedding groups, reunions, and other groups looking to stay together while enjoying the charm and privacy of individual spaces.
The property accommodates up to 10 guests, with three sleeping areas, eight beds, and three bathrooms. The two original cabins each feature a comfortable king bed, while the additional guest area offers two queen beds, two twin beds, and two single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.
Both cabins showcase the distinctive character of historic Hill Country construction, featuring antique oak logs salvaged from a late-1800s cabin. Guests can unwind in private hot tubs, relax by cozy fireplaces, enjoy the covered porches, and take in the peaceful countryside views. The surrounding ranch is home to abundant Hill Country wildlife, including deer, horses, cattle, longhorns, ponies, and songbirds.
Felix Cabin features a full kitchen, dining area, coffee and tea bar, limestone gas fireplace, claw-foot tub, covered porch, and private hot tub. Freida Cabin offers its own charming kitchenette, gas fireplace, claw-foot tub, private hot tub, covered porch, and beautiful sunset views. Both cabins provide a cozy and relaxing retreat while preserving the rustic charm that makes Restoration Ranch special.
The property also includes additional private guest accommodations in the upstairs area of the host's home. This space has its own separate private entrance and is completely closed off from the host's living quarters, ensuring guests enjoy their stay without sharing any part of the home with the host.
The additional guest area offers a comfortable sleeping arrangement with two queen beds, two twin beds, and two single beds, along with a large private bathroom and a spacious closet. Downstairs, a separate dining and gathering room with seating for six provides a welcoming space for meals, games, conversations, and quality time together.
Guests can also enjoy access to the ranch's shared outdoor kitchen and gathering area, featuring a large gas barbecue pit, outdoor seating, and a television.
