This distinctive contemporary retreat in the Welsh countryside is perfect for those who appreciate space, exceptional architecture and beautiful surroundings. Sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, it combines generous proportions with thoughtful design, making it equally suited to relaxed family gatherings and memorable time with friends. The stunning property is situated in Conwy, just 3.5 miles from the eastern edge of the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). It’s close to scenic Conwy Falls (8 miles), Zip World at Betws-y-Coed (10.5 miles), and the remarkable Gwydir Forest Park (8 miles), offering endless opportunities for nature trails and bike rides. Blaenau Ffestiniog, a hub of outdoor adventure and adrenaline-pumping activities, is accessible within 20 miles. Closer to home, explore tranquil lake walks around Llyn Brenig (6 miles), or venture to Corwen (13 miles), set at the edge of the Dee Valley and the foothills of the Berwyn Mountains.
The property is arranged over two floors, with the main living spaces located on the upper floor to take full advantage of the surrounding countryside views. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and cooking for a large group, with the generous dining area providing space for everyone to sit together. The dining table comfortably seats all guests, while a two-seater sofa provides a cosy place to relax while meals are being prepared. The spacious lounge features an impressive 80” Smart TV, two generous L-shaped sofas, a footstool and coffee table. A Juliet balcony and extensive glazing frame the surrounding countryside. A separate games room provides entertainment for all ages. The five bedrooms, all on the ground floor, have been thoughtfully arranged to provide comfortable and restful accommodation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private seating area, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom, then there are two twins and another double. Completing the layout is a family shower room featuring a distinctive blue décor. There is also a separate WC.
