About this house rental
This is a house that works for a group. Everyone gets a bed, nobody fights over the TV, and the fully fenced 10,000 sq ft backyard is big enough that the kids can be loud while the adults are still talking. Five bedrooms, sleeps 12, in a quiet Hollywood neighborhood 15 minutes from the beach.
The backyard
The heated pool is the center of it — eight sun loungers, two large umbrellas, and floats already waiting. Under the covered patio: a ping pong table, a propane firepit with cushioned seating, a small bar, and LED shuffleboard. A designer dining table seats 8 and extends to 12, right next to a Nexgrill BBQ with every tool included. The whole lot is fully fenced and private.
Inside
Open-concept living with an 82" 4K Samsung TV, Roku, and SONOS sound bar. The kitchen is fully equipped — full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, gourmet knife set, and three coffee makers (drip, Nespresso, Mr. Coffee). Island bar seats 4, dining table seats 8. Six more TVs throughout, plus a dedicated desk workspace with high-speed WiFi.
Sleeping — 12 guests, 5 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 (Master): King, ensuite bath with rainfall shower + double sinks, 55" TV, sliding door to the pool
