About this house rental
Welcome to Above the Tide, where classic Carolina beach vacations meet a fresh new look. Completely remodeled in 2026 with updated interiors, furnishings, and bedding, this 7-bedroom oceanfront cottage is made for families who want to slow down, spread out, and spend their vacation steps from the sand.
Wake up to Atlantic views, spend the afternoon between the beach and private pool, and end the day watching the sunset over Bogue Sound. With a hot tub, game room, multiple oceanfront decks, and plenty of room for the whole family, Above the Tide makes it easy to settle into vacation mode.
OCEAN IN FRONT, SOUND SUNSETS BEHIND
The reverse floor plan was designed to make the most of the views, with beautiful sights of the Atlantic from the main living areas and sunset views over Bogue Sound.
Step outside to covered and open oceanfront decks on both levels, furnished for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or simply listening to the waves.
Three oceanfront Queen bedrooms also offer direct balcony access — giving even more members of your group their own front-row seat to the coast.
YOUR OWN POOL & HOT TUB
When you're ready for a break from the sand, your private pool and hot tub are waiting just outside.
Spend the afternoon floating in the pool, relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach, or gather outside for dinner and a little friendly competition.
Outside you'll also enjoy:
• Private swimming pool
• Hot tub
• Cornhole court
• Gas grill
• Enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower
• Furnished oceanfront decks
GAME ROOM FAVORITES
The beach may be the main attraction, but the game room gives everyone plenty to do when they're back at the house.
Challenge the family to:
• Pac-Man/Galaga
• Golden Tee
• Cruis'n Blast
• Foosball
• Shuffleboard
Whether it's the kids taking over the arcade games or the adults battling it out on Golden Tee, this is one room that may get almost as much attention as the beach.
