Check-in (Starting at 3:00 PM): Arrive hassle-free! Check-in is 100% self-service. We’ll provide you with a unique code for the digital lock before your arrival.
Check-out (Before 12:00 PM): This is also done digitally. Important note: You must notify us exactly when you check out so we can take the final meter reading and turn off the electricity immediately.

1. Capacity and Coexistence:
👥 Maximum Capacity: For 4 guests only. No additional visitors are allowed without authorization.
🐾 Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
2. Pool Rules 🏊♀️:
⏰ Hours: Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
👶 Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Running in wet areas, dangerous jumping, and smoking within the pool area are prohibited.
3. Home Safety When Leaving:
🔌 Turn off lights, air conditioners, and appliances before leaving.
🔒 Keep windows closed and the front door locked. Keep closets closed.
🗑️ Please wash any dishes you’ve used and place trash bags in the appropriate bins in the building before you check out. Report any damage or breakage immediately.
Terms of Service for Electricity & Basic Cleaning ⚡🧹(Includes a basic ELECTRICITY allowance):
Electricity in Punta Cana is a high-cost service. Therefore, it is managed as follows:
We include 10 kWh of electricity; any excess will be charged based on your consumption.
📸 Procedure: The meter is read at the time of your self-check-in. Upon check-out, the final reading is taken.
💳 Excess Charge: The included 10 kWh are deducted, and the remaining consumption will be charged through the Airbnb system. The approximate cost in this area is $0.55 USD per kWh. Tip: Turn off the air conditioners when you leave the apartment.
✨ No surprise charges! The apartment cleaning fee is already fully included in the price of your reservation. You won’t have to pay any additional fees upon checkout, except for the difference in your electricity usage if you exceed the complimentary allowance.
