Nestled on the third floor at Bahia Del Mar, this classy 2BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6, filled with beautiful furnishings for the ultimate stylish stay. Stroll palm-lined paths at sunset, swim in our resort-style pool, or unwind in the hot tub — all overlooking a private white-sand beach. We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and parking for 2 vehicles. Your Florida escape awaits.
The golf course is a private course, so while you can enjoy the scenic views, it is only available to members.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

The condo is well set up for longer stays and works especially well for remote workers, traveling nurses, medical professionals, and corporate stays.
The following rules are set by the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following rules:
- Park only in assigned spot
- No pets allowed
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles or trailers
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly
- No Smoking within the condo or anywhere on the grounds
- No drug use, no consumption of illegal substances and no smoking of recreational marijuana
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy the development year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out.
*We CANNOT be held liable for any items left behind - handling fee and postage required to have items returned by request only.
