Guests can relax on the spacious balcony and patio, enjoy the private jacuzzi, or make use of the communal swimming pool nearby. The home features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs, making it ideal for families and groups. Combining comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, the property offers a tranquil retreat while remaining close to Hua Hin's beaches, restaurants, shopping centres, and local attractions.

To encourage responsible energy usage, electricity is charged separately at the standard government rate of 6 THB per unit, based on actual meter readings. Most groups typically spend around 250 THB per day in total, although costs may vary depending on individual usage, particularly air conditioning.
The communal swimming pool is located just 50 metres from the house and is available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. As the pool is shared with only a small number of neighbouring properties, guests often find they have the space almost entirely to themselves.
To help us ensure a comfortable and secure environment for everyone, we kindly ask that guests inform the host if they plan to invite any additional visitors to the property during their stay.
Your privacy is very important to us. For security purposes, there is a single surveillance camera positioned outside the front entrance of the property. The camera only monitors the street-facing area and does not overlook any terraces, outdoor seating areas, or the interior of the house, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.
