NO SMOKING/VAPING ANYWHERE ON COMPLEX GROUNDS (INDOORS, OUTDOORS, ON BACK PATIO OR IN DRIVEWAY). $500 deep cleaning fee and immediate eviction.
REMOVE SHOES INSIDE HOUSE.
QUIET TIME 10PM-8AM (Includes hot tub use).
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC OUTDOORS AT ANY TIME ($500+ HOA fine will be passed to you).
NO EV CHARGING VIA HOUSE OUTLETS ($100 fee + electrician costs). Please use nearby Raley`s chargers.
TAKE CARE OF TOWELS/LINENS (Replacement fee applies for permanent makeup, dirt, or wine stains).
KINDLY CONSERVE WATER.
CHECKOUT IS 10AM.
COOLING: Generally homes in Tahoe don`t have AC due to the mild climate and cool via outside air overnight. To cool the house, open the upstairs and downstairs windows in the evening. Before bed close the downstairs and leave upstairs open. Close windows in the morning and the house will stay cool throughout the day (it`s well insulated :). THERE ARE FANS IN EACH BEDROOM CLOSET that are great at night for comfy sleeping.
Garbage: Dumpster is across the street from the condo - make sure it`s latched with the carabiner after putting trash into it.
Pets: Absolutely ***no*** pets, no exceptions (due to allergies). We monitor our doorbell camera on checkin - if you are caught with a pet - $500 cleaning fee and you`ll be asked to leave immediately
PLEASE USE PROVIDED COASTERS AND HOT PADS. Damage to furniture will be billed at full cost of replacement.
Additional Guests: NO additional guests on the property without prior approval; we monitor our doorbell camera at checkin and will ask you to leave if you bring additional guest to stay in the house.
