About this apartment rental
This is a multi-unit stay rather than a conventional single three-bedroom apartment. Your booking includes exclusive use of 3 separate, neighbouring first-floor units within the same building:
- Studio One: Vispring Regal Superb mattress originally created for Harrods, fitted kitchenette, Samsung Frame TV and bathroom with PowderRain shower and Japanese-style smart toilet
- Studio Two: Vispring Regal Superb mattress originally created for Harrods, fitted kitchenette, Samsung Frame TV and bathroom with PowderRain shower and Japanese-style smart toilet
- One-bedroom apartment: Vispring Elite bed, living room with BoConcept sofa bed, private kitchen, two Samsung Frame TVs and wall-to-wall marble bathroom with freestanding bath and PowderRain shower
All 2 units include professionally laundered bedding, blackout window coverings, filtered drinking water, Nespresso machines and Panasonic combination microwave/convection oven/grill/air fryers, smart thermostats, smoke alarms and carbon-monoxide alarms.
The arrangement works particularly well for groups who want to stay close together while retaining their own bathrooms and private living spaces.
Guests have exclusive use of all 3 units throughout the reservation. The accommodation is on the first floor and is reached by a shared staircase. The units are separate and accessed individually from the common internal circulation area; they are not internally connecting bedrooms. Keyless entry provides flexible self check-in using unique access codes.
Guests can check in independently using their unique Nuki access code. We’ll give you privacy throughout your stay, but we’re available through Airbnb messaging if you have questions, need local recommendations or require assistance with the apartment.
Keystones is on Staines Road East in Sunbury-on-Thames, directly opposite Kempton Park Racecourse and close to Kempton Park station.
Nuffield Health Sunbury Fitness & Wellbeing Gym is approximately a 5-minute walk away and has a gym floor, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Day access is available for £15.
South Western Railway services connect the area with London Waterloo, while the A308 provides convenient road links towards Sunbury, Hampton Court and south-west London.
Please make sure this layout suits your group before booking: the sleeping spaces are distributed across three self-contained units rather than one internally connected home. All units are on the first floor with stair access. The property is on a main road and directly opposite the racecourse, so traffic and additional event-day activity may be noticeable.
