The Space:
A ground-level corner condo in a quiet six-unit building, one flight of stairs down from the street. It's open-plan, with warm wood finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass that lets in ocean air and light all day.
Bedrooms: both have a king bed, their own bathroom and air conditioning, and one opens straight to the outdoors.
Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, one with dual sinks, stocked with shampoo, body soap and shower gel.
Kitchen: a large kitchen with breakfast bar, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus wine glasses and a handcrafted dining table.
Outdoors: step from the living room onto your terrace and the pool, then onto a protected lawn that runs down to the rocky shore. The pool is shared by the six units, and the upper palapa with just one neighboring home, so it stays calm.
Extras: Starlink Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, iron, TV, room-darkening shades and a hammock. One covered parking space is included.
Guest Access:
The whole condo is yours, along with the shared pool and grounds.
The Neighborhood:
Carrizalillo is a quiet residential pocket. La Rinconada, with restaurants, a mini-super, a pharmacy, bakeries, shops and a salon, is 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Playa Carrizalillo, one of the prettiest swimming beaches in town, is 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
Most guests walk or take a quick taxi, and the nearby walks are mostly flat. If you rent a car or scooter, one covered parking space is included.

Other Things to Note:
This is a residential community, so we keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
No smoking anywhere on the property, and the shared pool is for registered guests only.
Please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times when outdoors.
All guests sign a short rental agreement before arrival; a secure link is sent ahead of your stay.
Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.
Hurricane season notice
If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.
If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
