This detached vacation home offers a spacious living area of approximately 100 square meters, accommodating up to 6 people, and combines modern comfort and Nordic-Scandinavian design with rustic charm.
The heart of the house on the first floor is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with its views of nature. During the colder months, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere here. For entertainment, a 42-inch TV and Wi-Fi are available. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat during your vacation, the open loft offers a practical workspace and is perfect for doing puzzles, playing games, and relaxing.
In total, the property has three bedrooms: On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet (180x200 cm) as well as another bedroom with two single beds (75x195 cm), one of which can be extended to double size—plus, there are 2 lockers available for your clothes. In the attic, a third bedroom awaits you with a double bed (160x200 cm), a clothes rod, and a dresser. Blackout curtains in the rooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove with an integrated range hood, a freestanding refrigerator, a dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances. The round dining table is perfect for sharing meals in a cozy setting and can be extended if needed.
The living space is complemented by two modern bathrooms with showers—one on the first floor and one in the attic—for maximum comfort.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the large west-facing terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and two umbrellas and flows directly into the private garden with fruit trees and a flower meadow. The location is perfect for a varied vacation: You can reach the Schlei in about 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea beaches in about 18 minutes by car. Shopping, bakeries, and restaurants in nearby Kappeln, Arnis, and Süderbrarup are also within easy reach, and a bus stop is located right nearby. The Stenerberg Golf Course is only 4 km away. Riding schools are located nearby.
