The property is laid out as follows:
– A 30 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a hob…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x200).
– A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer and fan.
Outdoors:
– A lovely enclosed garden of 200 m² and a 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
