Just along the coast, there’s a secluded beach at Trimingham (2 miles) or you can head further north-west to the bustling seaside resort of Cromer (7 miles), with its historic pier, charming promenade, popular zoo and glorious beaches. Inland attractions include the Blickling Estate, Felbrigg Hall, East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden and Gunton Park Sawmill, all within 11 miles.


From the driveway, five steps lead down to the private patio and entrance. Double doors lead into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with a high vaulted ceiling and timber beams, providing a bright and welcoming space for you all to unwind in. The light-filled lounge features exposed brickwork and large windows, with a roaring wood burner, a Smart TV and ample seating. To one side, there’s a dining area perfect for enjoying all your favourite dishes which you can prepare in the country-style kitchen. Exploring further, you will find two beautifully presented bedrooms: one super-king-size and one double, each with traditional high beamed ceilings. Each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities: one with a shower room and the other with a Jack and Jill bathroom.


Stepping outside, the delightful, landscaped garden is secure and enclosed, with a pretty lawn, an array of flowers and shrubs, and a charming patio area with outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing spot for dining alfresco. Private parking is available for two cars on the driveway.
