External shower room with shower cubicle and toilet (shared with other properties on-site). Front garden. Children’s play area, firepit and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 2 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Thoughtfully run by Karin on the Yorkshire–Lancashire border, it sits within over 80 acres of land, so you can feel close to the surrounding landscape. Inside, a welcoming sleeping and seating area, blackout curtains and power outlets keep everyday comforts to hand. Step out onto your private decking to enjoy the fire pit and handy outdoor cooking facilities, or wander to the communal kitchen for easy shared meals and a brew. After exploring nearby Earby, Barnoldswick or the Yorkshire Dales, return for a superb hot tub soak or a session in the panoramic barrel sauna. Join others around the communal fire or book the cinema dome for a relaxed film night, then head back to your tent for a calm end to the day.
