About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and contemporary townhouse in Randwick. The entire townhouse was tastefully renovated recently, light filled ,warm and inviting. The ground floor living space flows out to a small backyard and deck that enjoys gorgeous morning sunshine.
Located at the rear of the building - it is quiet, secluded, yet you are very close to cafes and shops and a quick drive or a pleasant 30 minute walk to Clovelly, Coogee or Bronte Beach.
This fully renovated and beautifully presented townhouse is located just a 5 minute walk to a great shopping strip in Randwick - full of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops.
Whilst staying in the property you'll enjoy:

> 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with 2 x king single beds in each plus built in cupboard storage

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. Some cupboard space has been reserved for the Owners.
Other things to note
The Townhouse is one of 3 properties in the block. We are located at the rear of the block and are quite separate from the other two. There are no common walls with our neighbours
Bedrooms are upstairs.
We appreciate that you will not be holding parties or events during your stay and we have a definite NO SMOKING ( or vaping) policy in or around the apartment.
We require our primary booker to be OVER 25 and have a good review history and be willing to engage with us to ensure the right fit for the property.
We require guests to request a booking before acceptance
Definitely No Parties No smoking No excess noise
We impose a min age on the primary booker and need good reviews from previous stays
