About this house rental
5 bedroom/4.5 bath home. Family focused and very well maintained. Most of our guests are multi generational families looking for a clean and well kept place. Goldsboro beach access is a quick 5 minute walk. House is located on Lee St - the last of the canal streets which affords extra privacy & solitude due to homes only on one side of the street. Amazing sunrise views of the marsh. Outdoor bar and TV downstairs.

The space
Perfect for families with 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths downstairs and 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms upstairs. All rooms have queen beds. Spacious living room to relax in after a long day at the beach.
Large kitchen, stocked with cookware and other basics, just bring your own food and beverages. Dining area seats 8 with additional 4 seats at the island.
Washer/dryer available for guest use, located on the 2nd floor.
NEW for Summer 2002! : Outdoor bar area with Roku WiFi TV
Guests are welcome to bring their boat. Driveway able to accommodate multiple vehicles, as well as, boat trailer if needed. Canal is deep enough to navigate at low tide. Shore power and fresh water available at dock for use.
Linens and bath towels included.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main area of the home plus a storage room downstairs. There's a private owners garage with no guest access.

Our family enjoyed the home for the week at OIB, all 10 of us! Our family rents canal homes every year and this was one of the top homes we have rented for our vacations. Hosts have thought of all the things. And then some! Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location. The kitchen had all the essentials. The home is very clean and includes towels and linens. The outdoor area was a great benefit. We brought our boat and the dock was in good repair with a good water level. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
