About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this lovely, comfortable chalet for rent in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 20 m² living room with a TV and two sofas.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area.
– Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with a double bed (140x200).
– A shower room with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
– Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180x200).
– Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x200).
– Bedroom 5: with a single bed (90x200).
– A separate toilet with a bidet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
– A private, enclosed garden of 580 m².
– A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
– Winter sports,
– Horse riding,
– Rock climbing,
– Lake and water sports.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Gap railway station is about a 30-minute drive away.
– Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport is about a 2½-hour drive away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
– Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
– Steep internal stairs; please take care with young children.
– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
– Distance from the accommodation to the ski slopes: 100 m on foot.

– Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
