Parking: Ample private parking available in the driveway. Please park in designated driveway areas only.
Self Check-In: Keyless smart lock entry. You will receive a unique personal entry code prior to arrival.
Guest Access: Guests have full, private access to the entire living space, outdoor deck, and private driveway. Please note the garage is locked and reserved exclusively for owner storage.
Pine Mountain Lake (PML) Community Gate Pass: Pine Mountain Lake charges a mandatory entry fee of $50 per vehicle, paid directly to the gate attendant upon arrival. This pass is valid for up to 7 consecutive days and grants access to community amenities (lake, beaches, and pool). If your group is arriving in multiple cars, please budget accordingly ($100 for two vehicles, etc.). This fee is set and collected entirely by the Pine Mountain Lake Association.
Lake & Beach Access: Your pass includes entry to all three private PML beaches (Lake Lodge, Dunn Court, and Marina Beach) featuring sandy swim areas, picnic spots, and boat rentals at the Marina.
Beach Parking Guidelines: Lake Lodge & Dunn Court Beaches: Guest parking is available 7 days a week, year-round (first-come, first-served).
Marina Beach Parking: Open to Guests: Park 7 days a week from September 11 through April 30, and Monday through Friday during the summer months. Click Here for PML Beach info.
Summer Peak Weekends & Holidays (May 1 – Sept 10): Marina lot parking is strictly reserved for property owners on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weekends (including the Friday before). During these peak times, guests can park freely at Dunn Court or Lake Lodge Beach, or take the community water taxi over to the Marina.
Community Notes: Swim at your own risk (no lifeguards on duty; children under 14 require adult supervision). Pets and private outside watercraft/trailers are not permitted on the beaches or lake.
Community Sports & Recreation: PML offers an 18-hole championship golf course, equestrian center, tennis, and dedicated pickleball courts. (Please note that specialized amenities like golf and racquet courts operate on nominal PML day-use fees, with court PIN codes issued directly by the Association office).
Community Pool Access: Access to the Pine Mountain Lake Association's shared, heated outdoor swimming pool.

House Rules & Community Guidelines
"Find it better than you left it" is our motto at Hidden Pines, and respect and care for the home and surrounding community is expected at all times.
If ANY house rules are violated or broken, guests must vacate the property immediately. Guests forfeit all rental funds and security deposits, and violations may be met with additional charges.
No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and on all outdoor decks.
Unlawful Use: Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
Quiet Hours: No noise disturbance is allowed. Pine Mountain Lake quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Any verified noise complaint from neighbors or HOA security may result in the immediate forfeiture of remaining rental days, loss of security deposit, and removal from the property.
Commercial Filming & Photography: Guests may NOT film or shoot photos for commercial use on the property, stage photoshoots of any kind, or record/produce content without prior written permission from the host prior to booking. Violators will forfeit all rental funds, forfeit their deposit, and be required to leave immediately.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property. Any unauthorized visitors or undisclosed day guests on site without prior written approval will incur a fee of $100 per person per day, and may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
Pet Policy:
Maximum: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval (sorry, no cats or other animals).
Fee: A pet fee applies per pet per stay and must be added during booking.
House Guidelines: Dogs must be fully house-trained, kept off beds and living room furniture, and never left unattended in the cabin unless crated. Please pick up all outdoor waste immediately.
Property Damage: Any excessive damage to furniture, fixtures, electronics, or other items will result in security deposit deductions or additional charges at the owner's discretion.
Fire Safety & Equipment: Use of the outdoor propane fire table and Blackstone griddle is at your own risk. Open campfires, wood-burning fire pits, charcoal grills, and fireworks are strictly prohibited per PML fire safety regulations.
Personal Belongings: The hosts/owners are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables left on the premises.
Assumption of Risk: All guests assume full risk of any harm, injury, or loss arising from their use of the premises, natural mountain terrain, deck areas, amenities, or surrounding community facilities.
Exterior Security Cameras & Property Safety
For guest safety and property protection, the exterior of the cabin is monitored by six active Google Nest cameras recording video and audio:
Front Porch: Video Doorbell covering the primary entryway.
Driveway: Camera monitoring the vehicle parking area.
Front Perimeter: Camera above the kitchen window facing the front yard.
Right Elevation: Camera at the roof eave covering the side yard.
Left Elevation: Camera at the roof eave covering the side yard.
Under Deck / Rear Entry: Camera beneath the deck facing outward toward the lower perimeter and back door.
There are absolutely no interior cameras, and no cameras are positioned to capture private interior living spaces.
Release & Waiver of Liability:
You understand and agree that staying at Hidden Pines and using the property amenities (including, but not limited to, the deck, stairs, heating appliances, propane fire table, outdoor griddle, and community lake/beach facilities) involves inherent risks, including exposure to changing mountain weather, uneven ground, and native wildlife. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or illness and agree to hold the owners harmless. You acknowledge that booking a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract.
