SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 2: one king bed
Bedroom 3: two twin beds and one trundle bed
Two full bathrooms and a downstairs half bathroom serve the home. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided.
GATHER AND RELAX
Settle into the comfortable living area and gather around the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable.
YOUR OWN SPEAKEASY GAME ROOM
Enjoy friendly competition with a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games. It’s a dedicated space to hang out when an evening at home sounds just right.
MOUNTAIN VIEWS AND OUTDOOR LIVING
Spend mornings on the private deck, cook on the private BBQ grill with barbecue utensils provided, share a meal at the outdoor dining table, or relax in the lounge seating around the fire table. End your day with a soak in the private seven-person hot tub.

Use Ash & Alder as your home base for downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Black Mountain, and Western North Carolina’s outdoor adventures. A vehicle is recommended. Free driveway parking, a Level 2 EV charger, a private entrance, and self check-in make arrival easy.
BRING YOUR DOGS
Up to two dogs are welcome with no weight limit. A $100 pet fee applies per stay.
GOOD TO KNOW
Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. The primary renter must be at least 21. Children are welcome with adult supervision. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only; neither is allowed indoors. Parties and events are not permitted without prior host approval—please contact us before booking if you’re considering an event.
Guests must climb stairs. Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance (Ring doorbell) and the area above the garage. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM outdoors. The garage is the Alder Room and is not available for vehicle parking.
