Out back: a private pool with spa, a covered patio with a dining table and a gas grill. Eight bedrooms have a private bath, three are on the ground floor and two are themed, Star Wars and Mickey. The upstairs lounge has a popcorn machine and the garage is now a game room with ping-pong, foosball and air hockey. Our Orlando team answers at any hour, in several languages.

This two-story home at Encore Resort at Reunion sleeps 28 across eleven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, all in real beds: eight Kings and six Fulls, with no sofa bed in the count. Eight bedrooms have a private bathroom, so the morning before the parks runs on ten showers instead of a line in the hallway. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of them a suite that opens straight onto the pool patio, which keeps grandparents and anyone who would rather skip the stairs close to the kitchen and the pool. Kids get two themed rooms, Star Wars and Mickey, each with two Full beds and its own bathroom. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space with a long dining table and two refrigerators, and the glass door leads to the covered patio and the private pool with spa, where the day winds down once the parks close. Upstairs, a second lounge with a popcorn machine gives the group another place to gather, and the garage was turned into a game room.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool and spa heating or a propane tank for the grill are requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.
