New, spacious tiny house. 48 square meters. Fully equipped. The rooftop terrace is ideal for enjoying sunsets or simply relaxing. The tiny house is located on the roof of a former factory on a quiet residential street. It features a separate exterior entrance and offers a unique view over the surrounding houses and vineyards.
The tiny house, including its furnishings and the accompanying rooftop terrace, was newly built in June 2026.
In addition to free TV, Amazon Prime and Magenta TV are available. Wi-Fi is available.

I myself live in the lower part of the former “gold factory,” built in 1926 for jewelry production.
I worked as a cameraman until a year ago and am now retired.

- The Neckar River right outside your door, the Enz Valley, the neighboring Zabergäu region, and the Löwenstein Mountains are perfect for hiking, biking, or kayaking
