CIP in Alliance Palace

Highly recommended. This is not the first time I have stayed here, and I have even stayed for longer periods. Best room I’ve ever stayed in. Sunrises, sunsets, a musical fountain. The embankment is nearby. Restaurants, clubs, shops, a gym, and a Carrefour store. Most importantly, the clientele at the Alliance is decent. The room is as pictured, very spacious. Everything is fresh. Very nice mattress and a high bed. A huge balcony, about 7–8 meters

The listing is exactly as pictured. The inside is clean and has everything you need (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, iron with board, washing machine, etc.) Spacious, modern and clean bathroom. There is enough shampoo, gel and soap. Very beautiful view from the window and everything you need is nearby (shops and restaurants). The hostess of the apartment is responsive. We needed an extra blanket and the next morning we already had it. I am happy with the trip and accommodation. Recommended!

We flew in to celebrate a wedding in Batumi, and I carefully selected a room with a beautiful view (it's on the 33rd floor). I looked at the photos and am 100 percent satisfied. Very clean, tidy room, clean bedding, clean towels, there were disposable slippers. There is everything for a comfortable stay; it is very convenient. I also want to note that there were no problems with the elevators at all. We didn't have to wait long; the elevator was fast, and it was convenient for us. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and would come back myself. Thanks to the owners, they were always in touch.

I have stayed in this hotel complex many times before, but this specific studio is hands down the absolute best! View & Location: Located on the 28th floor, the balcony offers a breathtaking and magical sea view that makes every morning unforgettable. Amenities & Interior: The studio is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, featuring beautiful and stylish decor that makes it feel right at home. Kitchen: A complete kitchen setups with a full-size refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a cozy dining table. Host & Hospitality: The host was amazing—extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to every detail. A flawless experience in every way, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Batumi! Highly recommended.
