The home sleeps 8 comfortably, with one king-size bed and three full-size beds. For larger groups, the two living areas also offer additional standard couches, allowing the home to accommodate up to 10 guests when needed. Please note that the couches are not pull-out sleeper sofas.
The home has undergone an extensive renovation, with nearly everything thoughtfully updated. Warm wood accents, natural stone, modern finishes, and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming Maine-lake-house atmosphere.
Enjoy two separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. There are TVs in every bedroom and in the living areas, so guests can unwind wherever they choose.
The main living area features a beautiful natural-stone pellet-stove fireplace feature, creating a warm and cozy gathering space during Maine’s cooler months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and essentials needed for your stay and features a gas range, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.
A dedicated laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is also available for guest use.
Lake access is located directly across the street from the property.
