The 380 m² property is divided between a two-story main house and an independent apartment, ideal for families or groups seeking privacy.
On the ground floor of the main house, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV and fireplace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and all you need to prepare your meals. There are also two bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes, and fans, plus a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both with twin beds, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). The rooms open onto a terrace with beautiful mountain views.
The annex apartment offers a living-dining area, a bedroom with double bed and terrace access, and a private bathroom with shower.
The estate includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On request, you can have a cot and high chair, and there is parking on the property.
