-Ornithological Tours with Ricardo Montero specialized guide, with more than 15 experience in the area, for the most interesting areas for bird watching, Monfragüe, Arrocampo, Llanos de Cáceres, Gredos, etc.
-Routes on Horseback (Start of Activity planned for Summer’15). Routes from one hour to a day around the surrounding area of Cabezabellosa. Marco A. Montero, Bachelor of Biology with certificate of professionalism to guide equestrian itineraries through the natural environment.
The house has been completely renovated, it is spacious, comfortable, with all the comforts and a decoration accordingly.
Cabezabellosa enjoys a mild climate, cool summers and mild winters, is surrounded by meadows and forests of oaks, ash and chestnut trees, with graceful gorges, high stony and extraordinary views of the two valleys.

Pasamos 5 días maravillosos, 2 adultos y 3 niños. El dueño (Marco) nos atendió fenomenal desde el primer momento de gestión, hasta la salida. Nos hicieron una serie de recomendaciones sobre qué ver en la zona, y la mayoría las pudimos visitar y todo perfecto, muy acertadas.
La casa es cómoda y tiene todo lo que nosotros hemos necesitado, la cocina y utensilios bien, y siempre nos tenía todo lo que necesitamos para desayunar.
Cabezabellosa es una zona tranquila, con gente muy amable, y además no hace tanto calor como abajo en las valles del Jerte o Ambroz. Eso sí, digo muy tranquila, había algún día que sólo el bar de la piscina municipal estaba abierto y casi no tenían para cenar (era el día después de las fiestas por lo que era comprensible). Es un lugar idóneo para escapar a la tranquilidad y poder hacer senderismo o visitar los muchos sitios de interés por la zona (Los Pilones, Hervás, Granadilla, Valle del Jerte, ruinas romanas, Cáceres, Plasencia etc etc). Preguntar a Marco sobre los paseos en caballo por la montaña, ¡muy recomendable!
Seguro que en algún momento volveremos a visitar.

La casa está equipada con todo, limpia y con buena calefacción. La terraza estupenda. El pueblo y alrededores precioso, y los habitantes super amables. La única pega que las 2 camas supletorias son muy incómodas. Quizás sirvan para niños.
