Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area and a charming fireplace. For your entertainment, there is a 2K Smart TV, a Smart Blu-ray/DVD player with a selection of DVDs, various board games, and free access to Amazon Prime (other streaming services are also available).

Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen features a gas stovetop, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a Senseo Switch (compatible with both filter coffee and pods).

The first floor also features a separate toilet and a spacious master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a spacious walk-in rain shower (featuring a comfortable seat and a grab bar), a sink, and a hair dryer.

The fenced-in garden offers optimal privacy and features a spacious patio with a dining table for six people and a built-in barbecue. At the top of the slope is a second seating area with a stunning view of the valley. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a covered and lockable storage shed. A cozy barrel sauna is also available for your use.

The house is quietly situated at the end of a dead-end street, right on the edge of the forest and next to a babbling stream. Hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the front door.
