Set right on Bancroft Bay, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Metung. Guests also have access to the building’s private jetty at the rear.

Cafés, restaurants and yacht clubs are just a two-minute walk away, making Metung Pearl an ideal base for a relaxing Gippsland Lakes getaway.

The space
Metung Pearl is a cosy one-bedroom apartment, comfortably suited to one or two guests. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the living area has a sofa that can accommodate one additional guest.
At approximately 31m², the apartment is compact but clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay.
The kitchenette includes a Geranica air fryer oven, toaster, kettle, steamer, microwave and fridge, providing everything you need for simple meals.
At the rear of the building, guests can enjoy the private space overlooking the lake and take in the peaceful, uninterrupted water views. The lake is also directly across the road, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing walk and beautiful sunsets.
Wi-Fi is available, so you can relax and stream your favourite movies during your stay.
The boat ramp is approximately 200 metres away at the end of the road. Guests with boats should contact the host regarding berth arrangements and availability.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay, including the kitchenette and the private space at the rear of the building overlooking the lake.

The apartment is approximately 31m² and is most comfortable for two guests. The sofa is the size of a single bed. While the apartment can accommodate up to four guests, additional sleeping arrangements can make the space quite cosy, so four guests is the maximum recommended occupancy.

There are no steps at the entrance to the building or at the apartment entry.

Other things to note
A private boat berth is available at the rear of the building. To access it, use the gate on the left when exiting the building. Press the button while pushing the gate at the same time to enter and enjoy the beautiful waterfront area.

Metung Hot Springs is approximately an 8-minute drive away.

Pets

Well-behaved, non-shedding dogs may be considered by prior arrangement. Please contact Seabreeze Coastal Stays before booking if you would like to bring your four-legged family member.

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the bed, as some guests may have allergies. A $15 pet fee per stay applies.

Guests are asked to help keep the apartment hair-free. We recommend covering the sofa with a blanket if your pet will be using it. Excessive pet hair or additional cleaning required after your stay may incur an additional cleaning fee.
