– A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2).
– Two shower rooms, each with a shower.

– A 100 m² enclosed and private garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The accommodation is situated 1 km from the centre of the village of Martizay, in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
The village of Martizay has all the amenities you could need: a bar and tobacconist’s with a food counter, a restaurant, a mini-market, a butcher’s and delicatessen, and a bakery.
Things to do:
– The Brenne region and its 3,000 ponds, ideal for walking or cycling, as well as the Bellebouche leisure centre, 20 km away.
– La Roche-Posay (20 km) offers spa treatments, a casino and a golf course.
– Angles-sur-l’Anglin (20 km) and Loches (40 km) will appeal to history enthusiasts.
– Fontgombault Abbey is also just 16 km away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park, which is secured by an electric gate (up to 2 vehicles).
