About this house rental
Tall ceilings and wide hallways make the living areas feel open and airy, while different colors give each room its own personality. You'll find blue in the living room, sunny yellow in the primary bedroom, purple in the second bedroom, and teal in the treadmill room.
At the heart of the living space is beautiful brickwork surrounding the fireplace, giving the room a warm focal point. When it's time to eat, gather everyone around the large wooden dining table with bench seating.
The stunning full kitchen gives you room to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading to campus to dinner for the family, with conveniences including a toaster oven, instant pot, coffee supplies, and a double-door refrigerator with pull-out freezer.
Glass doors lead to our favorite part of the entire home: the massive screened-in porch. If you’d rather take your meals outside and truly feel surrounded by the trees, you can! There’s a couch and TV in this area so you can relax outside without the bugs.
The porch also provides additional sleeping space for larger groups, with pullout and trundle-style beds that help bring the home's maximum occupancy to 10.
Please keep in mind that four guests in a full group of 10 will sleep on the screened porch. Because this space is outside the home's climate-controlled interior, temperatures will vary with the weather. We especially recommend considering this setup carefully when booking during colder winter months.
• Primary bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2
• Second bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2
• Office: Full-size pullout, sleeps 2
• Screened porch: Queen-size pullout, sleeps 2
• Screened porch: 2 slide-out twins, sleeps 2
For smaller groups, the two king bedrooms make the home especially comfortable for families or two couples traveling together. Larger groups can take advantage of the additional convertible sleeping spaces.
The home includes multiple desk setups with monitors, making it a great choice for remote workers, students, and those whose managers always forget you’re on vacation.
MSU Treehouse is in an extremely walkable area. You can get your steps in around the very quiet neighborhood, or make the 1 mile walk to Mississippi State’s campus.
