Old Cottages: 3 bed consists of a kitchen with an electric hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, and a living/dining room with TV, log burner, and WiFi. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single. There is a Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot is available on request. Outside, there is a rear enclosed communal courtyard with furniture. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. A shop, pub, and river can be found within 0.1 miles. Old Cottages: 3 bed is a wonderful base for exploring Ripon and the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire. This property has a 350 GBP good house keeping bond.

Even the famous Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden are within walking distance along the banks of the River Skell and it is just a few miles to the popular Lightwater Valley Theme Park. The historic houses of Norton Conyers and Newby Hall & Gardens are also close by. If you do feel the need to get in the car and explore, Ripon is ideal for touring both the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors, not to mention Harrogate, Knaresborough and York too!
