As you enter the villa, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious open concept living area designed for gathering, relaxing, and creating lasting memories together. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly into one inviting space, allowing everyone to stay connected whether you’re preparing meals, enjoying a family dinner, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the villa with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere throughout. The main living area also opens directly to the outdoor terrace and pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living.

To the left of the main living space, you’ll find Bedroom 2, featuring two queen size beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

To the right of the living area is the spacious primary suite. This comfortable retreat features a private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Near the main entrance, you’ll find a small convenience store where you can pick up basic groceries, snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials. Just beside it is Ceiba Café & Pizzeria, a popular spot for pizza, casual dining, and drinks.

Across from the entrance area is The Boardwalk, a condominium complex that features a restaurant where guests can enjoy a meal without having to leave the community.

Further inside Perla Marina, you’ll find Natura Cabana, a beachfront boutique hotel known for its beautiful tropical setting and oceanfront restaurant. Guests are welcome to access the property and enjoy the dining facilities, making it a wonderful option for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a sunset drink by the sea.

For beach lovers, Perla Marina Beach is just a short walk from the villa. An additional beach access point within the community makes it easy to enjoy a morning walk along the shore, spend the day by the ocean, or catch one of the area’s spectacular sunsets.

**Your stay includes 20 kWh of electricity per night. A photo of the electricity meter is taken immediately before check in and shared in your guest group chat. A second photo is taken at check out, and the difference is used to calculate your total electricity usage.

Any usage exceeding the included allowance is charged at 15 Dominican pesos per kWh and is due at check out. Payment may be made in Dominican pesos, U.S. dollars, or through Airbnb.

**This villa is equipped with a limited backup inverter system in the event of a power outage. Under normal use, the backup power lasts approximately 1.5 hours when air conditioners are not in use. During this time, the system is designed to keep essential services, including the lights, refrigerator, and Wi Fi, operating for a limited period.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking and vaping are permitted outside. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Your stay includes 20 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 17 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.

Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners are a major power draw. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.

Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.

Check out is at 10:00 AM. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and may incur an additional charge.
