17 Bluestem Ln is a two-story WaterColor retreat with soaring ceilings, stylish spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to settle in. Seaside’s shops and restaurants are just around the corner, while your own private pool is waiting out back. And with a six-seater golf cart and six bikes included, getting around 30A is half the fun.

The main level centers around a gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, and all the essentials for morning coffee, beach lunches, and dinner for the whole crew. A mini-bar makes evening drinks easy, while the eight-person dining table and four island seats give everyone a spot at the table. There’s also a full laundry room and half bath.
Five bedrooms give everyone their own space. The first floor has a primary suite with a king bed, and a guest room with two full beds, both with private bathrooms. Upstairs is another primary suite, and a guest room with a king bed, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, a couch, TV, and private bathroom. The home sleeps 14 across five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
Out back, things get even better. Take a dip in the private pool, then relax with your crew under the covered patio with an outdoor fireplace, TV, and gas grill. The pool can also be heated seasonally for an additional fee. There’s an outdoor shower for sandy feet, too.
The front porch swing is ready for slow mornings, while your golf cart and bikes are ready for shopping, dining, adventuring, and just about everything else. WaterColor’s community pools, private Beach Club, and neighborhood trolley are all included with your stay. The Beach Club is about 0.7 miles away.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was stocked with all the things you need to spend a week at the beach. We brought our daughters on their senior trip and the bunk room was perfect for 5 teenage girls. The bikes and golf cart made getting around the community a breeze and we also used the trolly service a lot! Property management was so kind and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home, clean, kitchen well stocked, great quiet location, easy to get to pools and beach. We had deer out front every morning. Would definitely stay here again.
