The pool is Heated: during the winter month we set the pool to 85°, with approval we can raise up to 90°. this will not come with the extra charge everything is included
The driveway parking holds two cars, and there is grass parking directly in front of a home for up to six vehicles. (Please do not block the sidewalk area.)
A short drive to Lowry Park Zoo, Publix and shopping plazas. Just 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa. Also, 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.
