Escape to this peaceful, family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa in Sosua Ocean Village. Enjoy a private pool, comfortable living spaces, and everything you need to relax and make lasting memories. Located in a secure gated community with great amenities like pools, restaurants, Santa Fe, water parks (available at an additional cost), its` the perfect spot for relaxing getaway with family or friends.
Family Friendly Property - No guests allowed.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and easy indoor outdoor living. The home features a bright open concept layout with a comfortable living room, smart TV, and a dining area with seating for six.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for extended stays, along with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, making it ideal for families or flexible group setups. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Outside, enjoy your private pool area with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and an additional outdoor bathroom, perfect for relaxing and entertaining in a tropical setting.
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and the private pool area with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and outdoor bathroom.
In addition, guests have access to the amenities within Sosúa Ocean Village. This includes multiple restaurants such as Santa Fe and Maria’s, a gym, water park, beach access areas, playgrounds for children, and walking paths throughout the community.
Please note that some community amenities, including the water park, gym, and certain beach access areas, may require guest passes or have additional fees set by the community.
The neighborhood is well maintained with sidewalks throughout, making it ideal for walking, and offers a safe environment for families and children to enjoy the surroundings.
Guests will have full support from the Tropical Oasis DR team throughout their stay. Prior to arrival, all check in details will be provided, and during the stay, guests will have access to our team through a dedicated guest chat for any questions, assistance, or recommendations.
We respect our guests’ privacy and do not provide in person check ins unless requested or needed. Our team is available to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist quickly if anything comes up during the stay.
Located in Sosúa on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, this property is in a convenient area close to everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, and essential services are all just minutes away.
Several of the area’s most popular beaches are within a short drive, including Playa Sosúa, Playa Alicia, Kite Beach, and Encuentro Beach, offering everything from calm waters to world class kite surfing and surfing conditions.
The property is approximately 15 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP), making arrival and departure quick and easy.
Guests will find a wide variety of nearby dining options, from casual beachfront spots to well known local restaurants, along with easy access to excursions, nightlife, and attractions throughout Sosúa and Cabarete.
Getting around is easy and convenient from this location. We can assist in arranging reliable private transportation through a trusted local taxi service for airport transfers and trips around the area. All transportation services are available for an additional cost and are not included in the reservation.
Rental cars are also available at Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) as well as within Sosúa, giving guests the flexibility to explore the North Coast at their own pace.
For shorter distances, taxis are readily available, and many nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive away.
Guest registration is required prior to arrival. Our team will handle registration, and valid ID may be required at the gate for access.
A guest access card will be provided and located in the villa for you upon arrival. They are required in order to enter and exit the community through the security gates and pedestrian paths. Lost or unreturned cards will result in a $30 replacement fee per card.
Please note that some community amenities, including the water park, gym, and certain beach access areas, require guest passes or additional fees set by the community.
This is a family friendly home and is not guest friendly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No parties or events are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and must be at least 10 feet away from any open doors or windows.
Self check in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay if needed.
There is no daily housekeeping included. Additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.
The community has a backup power system in place. On rare occasions, there may be scheduled maintenance resulting in temporary outages, typically with advance notice.
Please respect the property, neighbors, and community rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or near open doors. Smoking is permitted outside. Please keep all doors closed while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the villa.
Your stay includes 40 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 18 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.
Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners and pool pumps are major power draws. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the villa or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.
At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the villa and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
